Introduction:

1. This diamond wire saw machine uses converter to adjust its cutting speed and PLC control. Automatic switch between Manual /Auto status. When stop Manual Control, the system automatically changes to Automatic Control status.
2. This diamond wire saw machine can adjust its linear cutting to best speed according to the nature of stone and keep the diamond wire strain constantly.
3. In the Auto status, the diamond wire saw machine can track changes in working load and adjust machine moving speed to keep the diamond wire in best working performance. This is helpful for prolonging the diamond wires working life and ensuring cutting precision and safety.
4. This diamond wire saw machine has safety protection to diamond wire break, working overload, terminal limit.
5. Machine head turnover and horizontal movement by electric motor.
6. It is applicable for cutting stones of all nature, bridges and concrete buildings.
